Our Mission
Evers Counsel is exclusively focused on helping General Counsel succeed by providing experienced talent that will allow their legal departments to handle as much work as possible in-house. For our attorneys, we provide a variety of interesting in-house assignments and offer competitive compensation, from a platform designed to maximize personal freedom and professional challenge.

Our Work Environment
We have created efficiency by removing the traditional glass and steel law firm office environment. Our experienced attorneys no longer require mentoring from colleauges down the hall. Clients frequently office Evers Counsel team members at their headquarters location, so that our attorneys can immerse themselves in the business and provide unparalleled dedication to their needs. For projects that are better handled off-site, or when a client simply prefers to receive its legal services off-site, our attorneys work from home based offices.
Our Rates
Businesspeople like budget certainty, and we can provide it. For long-term or ongoing assignments, we offer fixed fee options. For clients who prefer to use traditional hourly rates -- and this works well when comparing us to using a traditional law firm for the same project -- the rate depends on the seniority level of the attorney.
